I. General information

LVMH HM may collect personal data via the website www.residencepinede.com (otherwise known as the "Site") from any person (hereafter the "User") booking a La Residence de la Pinede hotel reservation.
Collection and processing of personal data provided by Users to LVMH HM through the booking reservation system are governed by French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as modified).

II. Right to access, correct and delete data and to object to data processing

Users have the right to access, correct and delete personal data relating to them, and to object to the processing of such data, by addressing a request, at any time, to the following email address: manager@residencepinede.com.
